**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari or mandamus declaring Section 14(6) of the Haryana VAT Act, 2003 as unconstitutional.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently certain prayers could not be incorporated in the petition and requested for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action, by giving better particulars and making proper prayers. 3.
