They allege that Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat-respondent No.5 and other private respondents have encroached upon the Gram Panchayat land and no action is being taken against them despite a complaint made by the petitioners on 20.02.2014 (Annexure P-2). Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of allegations made by them but without expressing any views on merits, for we have not heard respondent Nos.4 to 10 at this stage, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Development and MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.02.02 11:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
