Challenge in the present petition is to decision of the District Bar Association, Yamuna Nagar regarding draw of lots for allotment of chambers in the District court, Jagadhari. During the course of hearing of the petition, learned counsel have submitted that they shall be satisfied, if matter is remitted to the District Judge, Yamuna Nagar to examine the matter and make an effort to resolve the same. This court finds this proposal reasonable.
Under the circumstances, matter is remitted to District Judge, Yamuna Nagar to examine the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the District Bar Association undertake that they shall assist the District Judge to arrive at a just conclusion which is acceptable to all. They further assured the court that they will not adopt any agitational means for resolving the issue.
