*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed 6th petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.14 dated 18.01.2018, registered under Section 15 NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Patran, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagtar Ram, states that the trial in the subject FIR ended in conviction of the petitioner through judgment dated 24.02.2022 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Patiala, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Dismissed as infructuous.
