The petition is disposed of by requesting the respondents to reply to the said letter dated 02.01.2018 (Annexure P-3). It is made expressly clear that this order does not under any circumstance delay the fresh tender process. Nor does it entitle the petitioner to continue to carry out the work after his contract comes to an end.
