This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.214 dated 31.05.2025 under Sections 318(4), 61, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (later on added Section 61(2) of BNS) and Sections 3 and 4 of the Haryana Prevention of Public Gambling Act, 2025 registered at Police Station City Fatehabad.

$ The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was engaged in illegal betting of the cricket match between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans.
