% However, the same would be subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by the petitioners with the "Poor Patients' Welfare Fund, PGIMER, Chandigarh" and the said amount would be spent for the treatment of poor patients within the knowledge of its Medical Superintendent.
It is made clear that since this petiton was withdrawn qua petitioner No.2 (Manpreet Singh) vide order dated 13.03.2023; accordingly, the proceedings qua said petitoner No.2-Manpreet Singh son of Lakhwinder Singh resident of Village Sahnewali, Abdal District Amritsar, shall continue.
