(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out with reference to the short reply that the Haryana Urban Development Authority has been wrongly impleaded as respondent in the present writ petition, whereas, the impugned order has been passed by the Housing Board Haryana, Panchkula.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by impleading the proper party i.e. Housing Board Haryana, Panchkula in the array of respondent.
