On the last date of hearing, i.e. 02.09.2025, this Court had passed the following order:- "Vide order dated 01.11.2018, a Coordinate Bench had put a specific query to the learned State counsel, as to whether, the impugned order has been implemented or not. In response, on 05.12.2018, learned State counsel informed the Court that possession of the property in question had been handed over to respondents No.1 and 2. However, neither the petitioner nor anyone on his behalf is present to pursue the matter.

Purely, in the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned to 12.09.2025.

To be shown in the urgent list.

It is made clear that, on the subsequent date of hearing, no request for adjournment would be entertained on behalf of either side."
