In the petition itself, it has been mentioned that a cancellation report in the matter has been prepared. Learned State counsel has confirmed this fact, on instructions from SI Ajaib Singh, stating that the cancellation report has been filed in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate, Ludhiana, on 9.7.2020 and is awaiting disposal.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, directing the trial Court to take final decision with regard to the cancellation report made in the matter, expeditiously, giving short adjournments, preferably within a period of two months from date of receipt of certified copy of this order in the said Court.
