**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0059 dated 02.04.2022 under Sections 380, 427, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala along with all consequential proceedings emanating from the said FIR on the basis of compromise Annexure P-2 dated 08.07.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the instant petition and prays for withdrawal of the same since the compromise awarded in the instant petition stands resiled by the respondent-complainant. Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
