The present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed under Clause X of the Letters Patent against the impugned judgment/order dated 20.05.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 15845 of 2026 titled as Pankaj Kamboj vs. State of Haryana and another. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the writ petition was dismissed based upon an order passed in LPA No. 1397 of 2025 titled as Haryana Public Service Commission vs. Pardeep Kumar and others, which order, according to the appellant, is not applicable to the facts and circumstances of the present case. He, therefore, submits that the present appeal may kindly be disposed of as not pressed further with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge to point out that the NITIN 2026.07.03 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
