Mr. Sumeet Jain, Advocate for the petitioner. RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J The petitioner has challenged letter dated 16.2.2016 (Annexure P.9) whereby the Municipal Council, Kharar has asked the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Kharar not to release the electricity connection.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

As a matter of fact, this petition is pre mature because no order has been brought on record, purported to have been passed by respondent No.2 on the letter dated 16.2.2016. Thus, no interference is called for, at this stage. Dismissed.
