H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rupinder Singh, from Police Station Kotwali, Kapurthala, states that since the petitioner has joined the investigation, he is not required for custodial interrogation by the local police. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 8.8.2019 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
