This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing G.D. No.31 dated 28.01.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 (Section 118(2) of BNS added later on) registered as a cross version case in case FIR No.9 dated 26.01.2025 under Sections 118(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur.

The case of the prosecution is that with regard to the same occurrence dated 26.01.2025, FIR No.9 dated 26.01.2025 under Sections 118(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 against the petitioner registered at the instance of one Rupinder Singh who is son of paternal uncle of the petitioner.
