Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy of review petition which he has not availed. The petitioner may be relegated to reviewing authority. 2.
Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would file review petition, however, authority may be directed not to dismiss his application on the ground of delay. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the reviewing authority would pass order on merits, if petitioner files review petition. 4.
