The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to the official respondents to take proper legal action and register the FIR against the private respondents as per available legal remedies. Notices served upon the official respondents No. 1 to 3 through the State's counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-2) within the time bound manner.

The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, respondent No. 2 Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar to decide the representation dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking and reasoned order within thirty working days from today. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, she shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. Petition is allowed to the extent above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
