The instant petition had been filed by petitioner seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the private respondents to release three detenues namely Ramesh Kumar, Sanju and Sachin. 2.

Pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, a Warrant Officer had been appointed, who went to the nominated premises i.e. the brick kiln of respondents No.4 to 6, where detenues namely Ramesh and Sanju were found and handed over to the petitioner. However, detenue namely Sachin was not found and upon inquiries made by the Warrant Officer, it transpired that he had already escaped from the said premises. 3.

In view of the aforesaid report, no further directions are required to be issued in the instant petition. The instant petition, as such, is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
