**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he was appointed as Electricity Ombudsman Haryana on 17.11.2015 and he has requested many times to HERC for extending benefit to him such as enhancement of HRA, Home Peon facility etc but no meeting of the Commission was fixed by the Chairman, HERC for deciding issues raised by the petitioner. Earlier he filed CWP No. 5458-2018 and pursuant to filing of this petition, a meeting was convened and the respondent-HERC decided the issues pertaining to HRA, Home Peon facility etc were decided in favour of the petitioner, as can been seen from interim order dated 14.03.2018. The above writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn. But now the respondents are not implementing order dated 22.03.2018. A detailed representation cum legal notice dated 21.06.2018 (P-5) has been given by the petitioner but till date not action has been taken Notice of motion Gaurav Arora 2018.09.12 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 22935-2018 -2On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to comply with order dated 22.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders on the representation cum legal notice dated 21.06.2018 (P-5), in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and compliance report be sent to this Court.
