Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.452 dated 04.08.2022 under Sections 61(1) (a) of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 registered at Police Station, Pinjore, Panchkula. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ravi Kumar, Crime Branch, Sector-26 Panchkula submits that in compliance of order dated 01.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.03.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
