**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Counsel for the parties agreed that the payments in respect of the retiral benefits have already been released to the petitioner in October, 2015.
Counsel for respondent No.3 states that the petitioner has already given in writing that he was not interested in the grant of interest on the delayed payments.

CWP-3501-2016 -2Be that as it may, this Court cannot go into the disputed question of facts. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the non-grant of interest and is claiming that he was forced to sign the statement, he is free to pursue his other remedies available under the law. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and accordingly the same stands disposed of.
