The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Guhla in civil suit being CS/581/2023 whereby an application of the petitioners for appointment of a Local Commissioner was dismissed.

In view of the order of this Court dated 28.03.2022, passed in civil revision petition being CR-1069-2022 whereby the revision petition, impugning an order dismissing an application for appointment of the Local Commissioner was held to be not maintainable, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
