G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present writ petition is for release/reimbursement of the requisite 95% grant-in-aid qua the gratuity and leave encashment of the staff which has already been paid by the petitionerPrivately Managed Government Aided Colleges. Counsel for the petitioners submits that a demand has already been raised upon the respondents vide legal notice dated 18.09.2015 (Annexure P-6), wherein the regular grant-in-aid qua the reimbursement paid to the employees has been asked for and no action has been taken for the years 2011-2012.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied, if the said legal notice which was given to respondent No.3 is decided within a fixed time frame.

CWP No. 3511 of 2016 respondents. Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to him. Keeping in view the limited relief sought by the petitioners and the controversy involved, this Court is of the opinion that there is no requirement of calling for any reply on behalf of the respondents. Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take into consideration the legal notice which has been issued by the petitioners dated 18.09.2015 and process the same. The authorized persons of the petitioner-institute shall present themselves before the said respondent alongwith necessary documents from 02.03.2016 to 04.03.2016 and the case will be processed within a period of four weeks, thereafter. In case, the petitioners are found entitled for the said benefit, the same be paid to them within a period of two months, thereafter. In case, any adverse order is to be passed then a reasoned order be passed by the said respondent and be conveyed to the petitioners.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
