The petitioner claims interest on the amounts paid by him from the date of the expiry of the period of three years from the date of allotment till the date of offer of possession of the plot as per the policy dated 25.01.2007 (Annexure P/5). 2.

It would be necessary to consider the facts of the case, such as, whether the payments were made by the petitioner, when exactly they were made and most important when the respondents actually offered possession of the plot. It is necessary, therefore, in the first instance, for the respondents to take a decision. The petitioner has made a representation in this regard dated 30.12.2015 (Annexure P/6).

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the respondents to take a decision on the petitioner's representation/demand (Annexure P/6) as per law by 31.05.2016. (S.J.
