RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.191, dated 10.06.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court. Allowed as prayed for. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a week from today and applies for regular bail, the competent Court would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
