(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that since in the absence of material document Annexure P-7, appropriate averments could not be taken in the writ petition, he does not intend to press this application. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, by taking appropriate averments qua Annexure P-7 and attaching the same with the writ petition. Permission is granted.
