The petitioners claim to be entitled to a plot under the Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme-2006 in view of Clause 3(g) thereof. 2.

The petitioners contend that their names appeared in the voter-lists for the years 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008. The petitioners by a letter dated 02.01.2015 (Annexure P/7) made a representation in this regard.

The petitioners'

entitlement depends upon their establishing the eligibility. It is also necessary to ascertain whether any allotment had been made in the past. It is necessary, therefore, in the first instance that the respondents take a decision in this regard.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take a decision on the petitioners' demand/representation dated 02.01.2015 (Annexure P/7) by 30.06.2016.
