This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.37 dated 16.05.2025 (inadvertently mentioned as FIR No.35 in the impugned order) under Sections 304, 109, 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was among 06 persons who had allegedly come to the park with their faces covered and attacked the complainant and his friends. They took money from the pocket of the complainant and one of the assailants fired a shot with his gun upon the complainant which hit him on his wrist.
