Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
