...Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR JAIN
Present:
Ms. Geeta Sharma, Advocate for the petitioners. RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J The petitioners have challenged the order of the Permanent Lok Adalat (PUS), Panipat vide which the application filed under Section 22-C of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (for short "the Act") by respondent No.2, has been allowed. The case set up by the petitioners is that the cheque deposited by respondent No.2 was not encashed, therefore loss of `13,670/- had occurred to the petitioners. However, the finding recorded by the Permanent Lok Adalat in para Nos.6,7 & 8 of the impugned order is perfectly justified and does not call for interference. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
