(Oral) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition, while praying that keeping in view the long incarceration of the petitioners in this case, the trial Court be directed to expedite the conclusion of the trial proceedings and the decision of the case, pending before it. Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
