Gill, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 3 and 4, namely, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority through its Chief Administrator and Estate Officer-cum-Nodal Officer, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), states that the construction being put up by the private respondents No. 6 to 8 is without any permission and is illegal. He further states that respondents No. 3 and 4 will not permit any further construction activities by the private respondents No. 6 to 8 in the absence of permission and that respondents No. 3 and 4 Amodh Sharma 2017.11.28 16:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-24725-2017 (O&M) have in fact sought the assistance of the police to enforce their orders. The statements are accepted. In view thereof, the petitioner's grievance in this regard stands redressed. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents No. 6 to 8 states that the petitioners are also putting up illegal construction.

The private respondents No. 6 to 8 are at liberty to adopt proceedings or to make representation(s) in that regard to respondents No. 3 and 4 and/or any other authorities in respect thereof. The respondents No. 3 and 4 state that they will look into the grievances of the private respondents No. 6 to 8 against the petitioners as and when the same are made.
