Ms. Rashmi Thakur, Advocate, for respondent No.6. Mr. Ramanpreet Singh Bara, Advocate, for respondents No.5 & 7. PARAMJEET SINGH DHALIWAL, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 20.11.2015 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.3 whereby respondent No.6 has been appointed as Administrator for Village Chechian Chhorian.

Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from Gurjeet Singh, BDPO, Dinanagar, who is present in Court, states that terms of the Administrator has already expired and respondent No.6 is no more performing the duties of Administrator.

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
