Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for quashing the Resolution dated 04.01.2018 (Annexure P-7), which is allegedly passed by the respondent No.4- Gram Panchayat. 2.
In the reply dated 29.10.2018, as furnished on affidavit of respondent No.3- District Development and Panchayat Officer, it has been stated that, the Resolution in question has neither been approved by the competent authority, nor has it been recorded or signed by the Panchayat Secretary.

In view of the above, since the Resolution in question has DEVINDER YADAV 2025.01.24 09:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-23019-2018 never been approved by the competent authority, therefore, no cause of action arises for the petitioner to maintain the instant writ petition. 4.
Insofar as the issue appertaining to interference/taking over of the management of the petitioner Committee on the strength of the Resolution in question is concerned, the petitioner is seized of an alternative remedy for redressal of its grievance and the petitioner is at liberty to avail the same.
