Instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for setting aside impugned order dated 11.05.2023, Annexure P-6, passed by learned Sole Arbitrator, whereby, application dated 11.05.2023, Annexure P-5, filed by the petitioners under Section 38 (2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for suspension of arbitration proceedings qua revived claim petition, has been dismissed.
