Admittedly, the appeal of the petitioner is still pending before the Conservator Circle Forest Department, Rohtak against the order dated 23.06.2016 passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Sonepat.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority/ Conservator Circle Forest Department, Rohtak to take note of the pending appeal (if any not decided as yet) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
