(ORAL) With regard to case of petitioner for quashing of tentative seniority list, this Court called upon counsel for the petitioner to apprise whether the petitioner or similarly situated persons had raised objection to tentative seniority list, the answer is "NO", neither it has been finalized but certain promotions have been made, which has not been challenged.

In such circumstances, petitioner did not have any cause of action in the absence of any objection or dispute to promotions made in pursuance of said seniority list. No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
