**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent to count the daily wager service w.e.f. 01.12.1978 to 25.07.1987 and 25.07.1987 to 19.07.1990 on work charge basis. On notice of the petition a short written statement by way of affidavit has been filed and as per this affidavit respondent no. 3 has passed office order dated 29.05.2018 (R-1) for counting daily wages service for the period w.e.f. 01.12.1978 to 25.07.1987 towards pensionary benefits of petitioner and further vide order dated 12.07.2018 for counting of work charge service w.e.f. 25.07.1987 to 19.07.1990 towards pensionary benefits. The petitioner stood retired on 13.04.2018 and deposited Rs. 20,373 as EPF amount of nigam share with interest. All the benefit has been disbursed to the petitioner as per revised PPO (R-3) through RTGS Rs. 143,380 vide cheque no. 0556906 dated 12.09.2018 (R-4).
