(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed seeking the monthly financial assistance as envisaged to the dependents of the deceased government employees under Haryana Compassionate Assistance to the Dependents of the Deceased Government Employees Rules, 2006. It has been contended that the husband of the petitioner died while in service on 19.11.2017. After the death of the husband, the petitioner moved an application/representation dated 31.05.2018 (Annexure P-6) for the grant of the said benefit.

CWP-23043-2018 -2Keeping in view the request made by counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made in the said representation, the respondents are directed to decide the representation/application dated 31.05.2018 (Annexure P-6) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, it is found after the decision that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary relief, the same should also be released to her within a period of next three months.
