(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents for conducting a fair and impartial enquiry in FIR No. 14 dated 13.01.2021. Learned counsel for the State submits that challan already stands presented on 01.08.2022.
