RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The petition has been filed with a prayer for grant of parole to the petitioner for marriage of his sister, which is fixed for 11.10.2021. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent, District Prison, Bhondsi, Harayana, to look into the representation, Annexure P-2, and decide the same before 10.10.2021, in accordance with law.
