This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 to 4 to take strict legal action against the accused persons named in FIR No.142 dated 24.06.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 307, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bicchor, District Nuh, as till date, no one has been arrested by the Police.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Rupinder Singh Jhand, Addl.A.G., Haryana puts in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.07.2022 (Annexure P-4) in this regard to respondent no.2 - Director General of Police, Sector-6, Panchkula (Haryana).
