**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that its bills have not been cleared for the work executed by it. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representation/legal notice is still pending with the department. Petition is disposed of with a direction that a decision on the representation/legal notice shall be taken by passing a speaking order by the competent authority at the earliest, in any case not later than 02 months. At this stage, learned counsel for Corporation submits that in case it is found that amount is due to the petitioner, it shall be cleared after seeking sanction of the Finance Department, if required. In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
