***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari

2.2 It appears that in the said partition proceedings, the mode of partition was finally approved vide order dated 21.04.2022, which was followed by approval of Naksha Bey and Naksha Zeem and the partition proceedings concluded with the drawing of Sanad Taksim dated 15.11.2023 (Annexure P-3).

2.3 The petitioners challenged the partition proceedings/Sanad Taksim by filing a revision petition before the learned Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala, which was allowed vide order dated 22.11.2023 and the matter was remanded to the Assistant Collector for deciding the same afresh. 2.4 Thereafter upon remand, learned Assistant Collector vide order dated 20.09.2024 (Annexure P-4) again maintained the partition in the same manner as was done earlier.

2.5 Still dissatisfied, the petitioners preferred a revision before the learned Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala which has been dismissed vide order dated 14.05.2025 (Annexure P-7).
