(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to enter/approve the Mutation No.3297 in favour of the petitioner, who is the same person known as Anil @ Sandeep @ Sandeep Khurana in the revenue record. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned revenue authority with an appropriate application seeking partitioning of land as per the mutual settlement arrived at between the co-sharers.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to withdraw the instant writ petition with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
