The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the enquiry report dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure P-11), punishment order dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-14) and appellate order dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure P-15), whereby the major penalty of reduction of basic pay by two stages for a period of two years, with postponement of future increments and denial of the difference of subsistence allowance, has been imposed upon the petitioner. The petitioner further seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the arrears PARUL VERMA 2026.05.29 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
CWP-17905-2026 of subsistence allowance for the period from October 2022 to December 2023 along with interest @ 12% per annum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
