ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to grant him the benefit of 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACP on completion of 8, 16 and 24 years of regular service, respectively, in terms of the Haryana Civil Service (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2014. The petitioner purports to have repeatedly represented the respondents in this regard, but to no avail. Even the representation, dated 17.08.2017 (Annexure P-3), the respondents have been served with, has yield no result.

That being so, the petition is disposed of, at this stage, only with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner as also his representation, dated 17.08.2017 (Annexure P-3), within a period of three months from the receipt of a certified copy of this order. And, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. In the event, the claim of the petitioner is declined, the authority shall pass a comprehensive order assigning reasons in support thereof.
