During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was given admission which was refused to her originally on the ground that she had not attached the certificate to say that her parents did not come within the creamy layer. She was staking her claim for reserved category under BC-A category. Learned counsel for the respondents says that the

CWP No.6655 of 2013 (O&M) -2Academic Council has approved of the admission granted to the petitioner and no further directions are necessary. I have taken notice of the petitioner as having been admitted to the course and she is continuing. The impugned order will not be given effect against the petitioner.
