Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the respondents have passed an order dated 22.05.2026 whereby, the petitioner has been prematurely retired from service w.e.f 02.06.2026. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the above said order dated 22.05.2026.

In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
