The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, whereby regular bail application filed by the appellant was dismissed. 2.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is in custody for 7 months and had remained PO for almost 4 years, before being arrested on 04.01.2023.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal at this stage.
